Amazing four bedroom space on Lake Rotoiti

Great location on Lake Rotoiti, one minute drive to the local boat ramp, 1 min walk to lake for a swim. Beautiful house of which the entire lower level is yours for the duration of your stay. A large open plan lounge, dinning area and kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and an extra toilet is perfect for two families to stay together or for a group of friends to relax and unwind. Welcome to our two story house - each floor is 100% self contained and locked off from each other. The entire lower level is yours to enjoy! There is parking space for two cars and a boat on the property plus space out the back to store bikes out of the rain. A couple of outdoor tables plus chairs are great to relax on in the evening when cooking on the BBQ. A chrome cast is also set up so you can cast to the TV from your own devices. You have the entire lower level of the house to use and enjoy. Outside there is a covered outdoor area to hang clothes or store bikes/kayaks. You are welcome to wander around the garden and enjoy the rest of the property. We do live upstairs with our young son so you will no doubt see us around pottering in the garden at some stage. We have two sit on top kayaks and life jackets (adult sizes only) available for use. Please let us know if you'd like to use these. You will be able to enjoy the space without having us around but we are just a phone call or knock on the door away if you need us. Nice quiet neighborhood, with easy lake access for kayaking, water skiing and other water sport activities. A mere five minute stroll along the lakefront will find you at the VR Resort which has a lovely setting and delicious all day meals. Also located at the VR Resort is Pure Cruise, where you can book an afternoon or evening sail on Lake Rotoiti on board their stunning luxury catamaran. Across the road from the VR Resort you will find two dairy's - Happy Angler and the Mourea Minimart. The minimart will provide you with all the essentials you may have forgotten while the Happy Angler has takeaway options such as chicken 'n' chips. If you fancy a soak in a traditional Maori mud bath, then Hells Gate thermal area is a six minute drive from the house. For the more adventurous, a five minute drive will find you at Okere Falls, home to world class kayaking and rafting and the opportunity to raft over a 7m waterfall - the highest commercially rafted waterfall in the world. Okere Falls store and beer garden is New Zealand's best eco-friendly cafe, with a tasty menu catering for gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options as well as the usual fare. Family friendly walks in the area include along the Kaituna River from Okere Falls and also the stunning Hamurana Springs, a 10 minute drive away. Hamurana Springs is home to Hangarua Springs, Dancing Springs and the Hamurana Stream. An easy walk along the stream and springs that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. If world class mountain biking is the reason for your visit to Rotorua, then a short 12 minute drive will find you at the Redwoods, the epi-center of biking. The tree top walk within the Redwoods is stunning both at day and night and a highly recommended activity for all. A further five minute drive from the Redwoods will have you at Eat Street, a vibrant street full of fun and fine dining. A car will be required as we are a short drive from the town center - a beautiful location to escape the sulfur smell and enjoy the beauty of one of Rotorua's best lakes. We have two beautiful cats who may come to visit - please be mindful of them when moving cars/boats around.
