Garden cottage for a family on a huge property

Light and bright modern 2 bedroom cottage set in a lovely peaceful garden on an acre property. Please contact me for a better rate if you only require 1 of the 2 bedrooms. The cottage is walking distance to public transport and a basic shopping centre. The cottage is bright, modern and cosy space. The main bedroom is spacious with a good amount of storage space. It has a queen size bed, with bedside tables, a large chest of drawers, a wardrobe with hanging and folding sections and a chair. The second bedroom has a large glass sliding door (with blockout curtains). There is a single bed with a roll out bed if needed for the fourth guest, a desk and a chair and a small chest of drawers/bedside table. The bathroom is large and modern. The bathroom is an en-suite to the main bedroom but is also accessible from the outside patio. It’s a large bathroom with storage space in the vanity and a shower. The lounge is comfortable with a tv ( with Netflix) and air conditioning. There are 2 tub chairs, a 3 seater couch and 2 side tables. The kitchenette is well equipped to make meals. It has an under counter fridge, microwave/griller ,2 plate cooktop, kettle, toaster and the basics - tea, coffee, sugar, milk, salt, pepper. There is an table with stools for indoor dining. The outside area has lovely patio off the cottage with garden and pool views. The patio has a small domed bbq for you to use. Guest will have access to the pool and garden. The main house and patio is not attached to the cottage and is our home. I’m available for any questions you may. I offer self check in. You would have a gate remote access the property and are free to enjoy the privacy of your stay. This is a quiet acreage estate. There are lovely walks in the reserve along the creek. 5 min drive to the bay. We are a flat 10 minute walk to Thornside train station and a small shopping village. Brisbane city and Brisbane airport are 25 minutes away. There is a laundromat 800m away. The bay is less than a 5 minute drive away. There is parking on the property for one car. Please discuss parking options with me if you have a second car. We have a very calm and friendly Ridgeback Mia in the property. The cottage is seperate from the main house but is attached to a studio apartment. The basic essentials are provided to get you started on your stay and after this you will have to replenish for the remainder of your stay.
