Let yourself be carried away into times long past. The Villa Haniel has great historical features: marble staircase, stucco, panel parquet and ceiling paintings are original and lovingly restored. The large property with mature trees is centrally located but away from the main roads. Bus stop, supermarket and bakery are within easy walking distance. An ideal location to visit the art and culture city of Dresden. The large Julius apartment is reached from the magnificent marble staircase on the upper floor. Elaborate stucco ceilings, parquet and floorboards have been preserved here. A small room, now a hallway, once housed a "Roman bath" with a tub embedded in the floor. Parts of the antique painting have been preserved on the walls and ceiling. A large terrace faces south-west in front of the living room. The equipment with antique furniture and oriental carpets underlines the character. Smoking is not permitted. Private parking and/or garages on the property (subject to a fee, limited contingent, please book in good time). Arrival/departure every day except Christmas (24.12.-26.12) and New Year's Eve/New Year (31/12 to 01/01).
