Cosy with view, walk to the lake

Fully equipped house (we live in Milan, this is our weekend house) with fantastic view, 10 minutes walking from the lake . Cosy living room, nice kitchen, two separate bedrooms with en suite bathroom each. Big terrace (7x2 meters) with lake view. Renovated rustico (year 1870) in Borgo Ronchi. This is a quiet set of houses above Gravedona on a dead end street. The house is on 3 floors, access is to the central floor (street level) with kitchen and living room, big terrace (7x 2 meters) with lake view, master bedroom (double bed 160x200cm) on the upper floor with en suite bathroom (toilet and shower) and balcony with lake view. Second bedroom (2 singe beds 90x200cm) with en suite bathroom (toilet and shower) is on the ground floor with access from outside Two guests get the central and upper floor. If booked for four guest also the downstairs bedroom will be available. Baby camping bed (Prenatal) available for small children. Host not on site. Vacation among Italians. Enjoy the view on the lake. Walk to Gravedona through the vineyards. Gravedona has a sand beach. No need to mention the restaurants: this is Italy! Places with great food are everywhere. Car is recommended for groceries. The walk to/from the lake is up/down hill. Gravedona has a sand beach, public tennis court and sailing club. Shops, bars and restaurants in the village Gravedona at walking distance (back to the house up hill!). This upper part of lake Como is great for water sports such as sailing, windsurfing or kite-surf. Rent a boat in Dongo, the village next to Gravedona. Both the normal and hydrofoil tourist boats (public service) do stop at Gravedona- Plan a day on one of these: it's great to see the lake from a boat. Guidelines and information will be sent via email, but also found in a binder in the house. The kitchen is equipped with basics such as salt, sugar, coffee ect. Please replace what you use.
