"The Belvedere" - silver service b'fast included

Welcome to 1891 Tenterfield grandeur. This heritage building is located within walking distance of town centre amenities and the Tenterfield Historic Walk. Enjoy an evening in this gracious building and be pampered in the morning with a silver service English style breakfast in the ground floor guest dining room. The 1st floor accommodation has 2 guest bedrooms, private bathroom, sitting room & tea/coffee making kitchenette. UNSUITABLE FOR INFANTS AND CHILDREN UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE. The 1st floor has 2 double bedrooms and guest bathroom, sitting room and adjacent coffee/tea making kitchenette with sink, fridge, crockery, cutlery and glass ware. The 2nd floor is the "Belvedere" providing an expansive view over the town. Ample off street parking is available. There is a very clean and efficient laundromat nearby A silver service cooked English style breakfast is included Access is via personal greeting at the front door when directions will be given to off street parking. Access keys will then be provided. There will be some interaction with the hostess as she lives on the premises with her cats and has an antique/gift shop on the ground floor. Cats do not access the guest room floor. Breakfast is served in the ground floor breakfast room. The areas allocated to guests are totally private and for their exclusive use. If only one room is booked on the guest room floor the remaining room will not be booked by a stranger to the guest. My one wish for my guests is that their stay in my grand home is as comfortable, enjoyable, welcoming and memorable as they can hope for. Tenterfield is a bustling historical district surrounded by bushland, wineries and national parks. The iconic saddlery from Peter Allen's tribute song, "Tenterfield Saddler", to his grandfather, is 100m from the "The Belvedere". There is a boutique cinema within walking distance, in addition to the Centenary Cottage Museum, 3 hotels, bowling club, shops, churches and parks. A short drive from the town centre is a magnificent golf course - renowned as being one of the best in the area. "Bald Rock" and Boonoo Boonoo Falls and Basket Swamp are famous tourist attractions and only a short drive from town. There is so much to absorb in the district it is amazing. A brochure of maps etc. is provided in the sitting room. Tenterfield is the perfect place to break your journey, being: 3 1/4 hours from Brisbane; 3 3/4 hours from Gold Coast; 2 3/4 hours from Byron Bay; 2 1/2 hours from Toowoomba; 2 hours from Armidale; 3 1/4 hours from Tamworth; 6 1/2 hours from Newcastle; 8 hours from Sydney. ANIMALS: Cats are residents so it is unsuitable for people with allergies. The cats do not have access to the guest room 1st floor CHILDREN UNDER 16: The premises are not suitable for children under 16 due to the open staircases. NO GUEST SHARING: Guests only share with those who have booked with them. Even if only one person books the entire bedroom floor is regarded as fully booked. No one has to share with people they don't know.
