You will be seduced by this cottage keeping the charm of the old but modern: on more than 200 m2, it has on the ground floor a large entrance, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright and comfortable living room with flat screen and DVD player. A toilet area and storage cupboards are also available. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine and four bedrooms, as well as two magnificent bathrooms and toilets. Towels and sheets will be at your disposal on arrival, as well as a garden furniture, a parasol, deckchairs and a barbecue in the private garden with a superbly sunny terrace sheltered from the wind. Quintin is a small town with a central character for visiting the region which is full of places to discover within 50 km: the island of Bréhat, Guerlédan lake, Ploumanach and the beaches of Saint Brieuc bay (20 mins) , Binic, Saint-Quay, Val André, Erquy ...
