This booking comes with 2 parking spaces. Additional car parking spaces can be arranged for £5 per day please get in touch to arrange. This property is two of our apartments in our rear ballroom annex combined to form 1 larger apartment. The hallway between the two apartments is self contained so completely private for your booking. The apartments also have their own separate staircase access. Huge windows, lovely cornice and a very quiet location. Virgin Fibre Broadband is included with speeds of 50MB+ We understand that single people sometime dont want to share beds and bedrooms. The price you are quoted is calculated based on sharing beds or using only the normal beds. If you dont share want to we are happy to provide fold out beds up to the maximum mentioned as available. We charge a small amount to you for the provision of the extra bedding to cover our laundry costs and our staffs time. This is at a cost of £15 per bed per stay. You can access the courtyard garden as well as having sole access to the property We live locally though so are available if needed Quick walk to Gloucester Docks, Gloucester Cathedral and the City Centre. Local employer Ecclesiastical is yards away. Gloucester park is on our road aswell. The Docks area is the food hub for the city so pop there for coffee or food. The building is located opposite Gloucester Bowling Club, Judges Lodgings is an imposing regency building just yards from the Historic Gloucester Docks area of the city that is a fast growing tourist and shopping destination. The building has a Cotswold stone facade, ornate balcony and cornice and was built in the 1840’s by famous architect Sir Robert Smirke who also designed the British Museum in London. Over the years the property has had many uses from family home, school, social club, registry office, hotel for visiting court Judges and most recently has been converted into apartments Main bus and train stations are a short walking distance away. We do not allow loud music and the property is not allowed to be used for any functions or parties. This property is suited as a based to explore the area and use the many bars and restaurants in the city We can provide extra parking spaces in Spa Road nearby at a cost of £5 per day. We allow 1 well behaved dog to stay during the apartment. Please do not leave your pet unattended in the apartment. We ask they you ensure you put does not disturb other guests by barking and that you use the local park to walk your dog. We make an extra £25 cleaning charge to cover the cost of the extra cleaning that will be needed
