Room 4: Private room with double bed.

A large private room with a double bed in a beautiful Edwardian house. The room has a wash basin and amenities to make tea and coffee. There is a lock on the bedroom door for which you will be provided with a key during your stay. *No cleaning fee* My place is a 5-minute walk from the local train station, the bus stop and Crosby beach. It takes approximately 20 minutes on the train to Liverpool City Centre. There are lots of great bars and restaurants in the local area. This double bedroom is one of five rooms that I have available for AirBnB bookings. There are two shared bathrooms and a separate toilet. There is also a shared lounge with a television. Each room has facilities for making tea and coffee. You will have access to the bedroom, shared bathrooms (two bathrooms and a separate toilet), shared lounge with a television. Free use of WiFi and space for guest parking. Guests are also welcome to use the garden. I will greet you on arrival and I am usually in the house if you have any questions but I give guests privacy during their stay. The house is in a lovely suburb of Liverpool, a 3 minute walk from Crosby beach and Anthony Gormley's Another Place. There are lots of popular bars and restaurants in the local area. The house is just a 5 minute walk from Blundellsands and Crosby train station. The journey by train to Liverpool City Centre takes only 20 minutes and to Southport takes 30 minutes. There is also space for parking on the driveway for those guests who bring cars. I have a cat named Horace and dog named Tilly, both of which are kept downstairs and away from the guests.
