Two Bedroom, clean guest house in Gilbert

Clean and new. Close to downtown Gilbert, with a fun night life and lots of restaurants. 15-20 min from the airport. Close to lots of shopping. Easy access to freeways, less than half an hour to downtown Phoenix. On an acre of land, it feels like a little bit of country right inside the city. It's a mile from Freestone park, with tennis, basketball, volleyball, batting range, playgrounds, ponds, small amusement park. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).
