Apple TV with Netflix is available. *Uncapped internet available *Bedding/bed linen/bath & beach towels supplied *Independent alarm system (internal & perimeter), 24/7 external cctv (car park) *Stunning 270 degree views from the deck *Swimming pool/braai facilities can be used if the main house is not in use by others. *Not a pet friendly or toddler friendly property *Short drive to the beaches, restaurants and shops in Pringle Bay *Situated on the mountainside, perfect for walking and mountain biking Guests have access to the flatlet, parking and the gardens. Access (with prior permission) can be given to the swimming pool and braai / BBQ area (if the main house is not being used). I am usually around, but if not I have a representative in Pringle Bay who can step in to help out. Your own car is necessary.
