Enjoy the warm welcome and the quiet country setting from the guest wing of our home, surrounded by lovely gardens and vistas of Mt Buffalo and the King River flats. Holly House accommodates up to four guests at any one time. Two modern bedrooms both with a King size bed and luxurious linen. Each bedroom has its own split system, ceiling fan, and wardrobe and hair drier. Joining the two bedrooms is your fully equipped ensuite shower room, which includes a heated towel rail, custom made marble/ timber vanity. PLEASE NOTE: If both bedrooms are required by two guests travelling together (not as a couple) please mark 3 guests to book the second bedroom. A spacious lounge / dinning room is off the bedrooms with an open fire for those cozy winter nights, with Netflix to enjoy a quiet night in. The breakfast bar is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and bar fridge, A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST is provided, to enjoy at your leisure. A shady veranda to enjoy, and an above ground pool to cool off in, with a wonderful view of the King River Flats. Your own Private parking which is garden lit at night. Holly House is surrounded by a beautiful country garden. A 25 year old Wisteria wonders along the 30m front veranda, roses, and lovely shady trees dotted through out. A picnic table is a perfect spot to relax with a bottle of wine to watch the sunset. The east side over looks the King River flats towards Mt Buffalo in the distance with stunning sunrises. Holly House B&B is a guest wing of our home. If you like you can help feed the animals on our property with us. Bert & Ernie the pet sheep love their ears scratched, Cocky Joe enjoys his seed with some thistles & dances to Hot Potato, 5 old chooks some time gives us some eggs but happily eat all the scraps. Our little dog Jax will welcome you enthusiastically. Betty our cow enjoys any left over bread or apples. In every direction of Holly House B&B there is something to see or do. We are surrounded by wonderful wineries, Gehrig’s Wines, Sam Miranda wines in Oxley, Red Bank winery, Wood ParkWines, Brown Bro all in Milawa, Heading deep into the beautiful King Valley you have King River Estate Wines, Red Feet Winery, Gracebrook Winery, Dal Zotto Wines, Pizzini Wines, Politini Wines, Chrismont Winery/ restaurant, Francesco Winery not to forget the King Valley Brewery. Over at historic Glenrowan is Baileys Winery and Black dog winery. Day trip to historic Beechworth half hours drive, Autumn time in Bright is just beautiful. A foodies delight not far to go at the Milawa Cheese Factory, and Milawa Providore. Plenty of Free parking at Holly House 3km down the road from Holly House is the little Township of Moyhu. A great country Pub with hearty meals, beautiful beer garden and open fire for winter evening. Ineeta Cafe have a yummy lunch menu with coffee and home made cakes.
