Equipped with a pool and jacuzzi, Villa Sara offers holiday comfort for 10 people (more people can be accommodated on request). The house is divided into three apartments, which offer a private retreat with bedroom and bathroom. Together with the living and dining area, the terraces and the garden you will find more than 150m² of living comfort and over 2000m² of garden space. You rent the entire property for your vacation here. In the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen with bar, a dining table for 10 people and a private balcony with a fantastic sea view. There is also a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Satellite TV and underfloor heating as well as WiFi and air conditioning are available. A covered terrace with table and benches offers space for dinner from the grill, as well as a beautiful view of the sea, the island of Brac and the sunset. There is also a large drinks refrigerator with various non-alcoholic drinks and wine, you can take the drinks here as needed, billing takes place at the end of your stay. The first apartment has 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedroom has a sea view. The second apartment is equipped with a double bedroom, in the additional living room there is a small kitchen with a fridge. There is also another double bed for 2 people. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned. The third apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, sea view and each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. In front of the apartment there is a cozy shade terrace with lounge furniture and a view of the mountains. The pool of Villa Sara is 26m² in size and 80 to 160cm deep and can be heated on request. Sun loungers and umbrellas allow for bathing fun and relaxation, surrounded by olive trees, the pool terrace offers absolute privacy and tranquility, nothing and nobody will disturb you here. In the adjacent interior there is also a jacuzzi and showers. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house. Satellite TV and WiFi as well as air conditioning are available in all rooms. In the garden there is a brick grill with a seat. The extensive garden offers various resting places, here you can read, laze, sunbathe or just enjoy the view of the sea. Several private parking spaces are available for guests in front of the property.
