INTERACTION WITH GUESTS I enjoy meeting my guests when they arrive, if possible, to say hi and get them oriented together with our Villa Manager. Your English-speaking Villa Manager (Prakong) will show you around the property and will be there for you for the duration of your stay. She is on-call to answer any queries that you may have and is contactable via a pre-paid villa mobile phone. Prakong can dispense a full range of services from booking fun excursions to recommending a great Krabi restaurant.
