Ana Villa - A house full of luxury!

Ana villa is a beautiful family or executive home that is well located and up to 9 people can stay. You can avail high speed internet, cable tv and evaporative air con. A gourmet kitchen for those who like to cook and fully equipped laundry including washing machine and dryer. All the beds have only the best linen and electric blankets for the winter months. Fabulous location, close to Garden City shopping centre. 15 minute bus to Perth and Fremantle outside front door. Ana Villa is a modern four bedroom home which is ideally located on a main road which either takes you to the city of Perth or within walking distance to a major shopping centre. The house is very new and is extremely comfortable. During the summer months, it's lovely to sit outside under the cedar patio and have a bbq. There are two security cameras at the front of the building facing the street. At any time of the year, a short stroll up the road will bring you to one of Perth's best shopping malls and Hoyts Theatre. Down the road in Ardross there is an abundance of great restaurants e.g. Il Ciao, Dome Cafe, Terazza, Paste Thai and many more Guests will have access to the whole home. I work overseas but am often in Perth. I can be contacted though via phone or email. I am only ever a phone call away though or email. It has one of the best shopping malls within 150 metres of the house. Also to get to the City of Perth, it is only 15 minutes by car or bus. To get to Fremantle it is only 10 minutes. All in all a perfect location. There is a bus stop within 50 metres of the front door. As this is residential area there are to be no parties or loud noise from 10 to 7 in the morning. Also, all guests are counted including infant, so when booking please place all number of guests in the adult section.
