Private jacuzzi & garden, everything included, ski

Cottages des Colombier Perfectly situated in the foothills of Colombier 2050m within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges, between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with exclusive jacuzzi, terrace and enclosed garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts only 10 min drive. Fully equipped, newly constructed wooden chalet with 2 bedrooms, lounge/kitchen/diner, bathroom and office mezzanine/games area (PS3). Enclosed garden with terrace and private jacuzzi. (The jacuzzi is not shared and is heated and ready to use all year long). We ask guests not to use the jacuzzi after 22h00 to limit outside noise. Ample parking on private driveway. Master bedroom (160x200 bed), ample storage space. Kids bedroom (bunk bed). Complete kitchen (oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Tassimo drinks machine). Office mezzanine (use of Playstation, books, toys for all ages). Wood burning stove and electric radiators. All bed linens, bathroom towels, fire wood and cleaning fees are included. Use of baby equipment (stair gates, high chair, crib). However guests with young children must be vigilant as the property is situated on a sloped plot - guests must be able to climb stairs. Guests do not share any spaces apart the parking area, the cottages have their own jacuzzis, entrances and private gardens. We live onsite so we are at our guests disposal if required, however contact will be kept to a minimum to provide peace and privacy for our family and our guests. All guests self check in anytime after 16h00 (keys are kept in a lockbox, you will be given the code the morning of arrival). We have two well behaved, quiet dogs. You may see them in the garden during your stay. They do not bite and are very good with children. We've travelled the world and chosen the small sleepy hamlet of La Crochère to be our home and raise our two boys. What the hamlet may lack in size it certainly makes up for in spirit. So whether you choose to sample the delicious local cheese at breakfast whilst watching the local cows walking along the road to be milked, listen to the enchanting tinkle of their bells as you drift off into a well deserved nap or gaze in wonder at the clear night skies whilst sipping a cool local wine in the bubbling hot tub - the only thing you have to worry about is what to do tomorrow - the possibilities are endless! Whichever mode of transport you prefer (water, land, sky) you'll be surrounded by picture perfect views; be it the newborn cows in the spring flower filled meadows, the clear blue summer skies, the striking autumnal colours of the alpine forests or the pristine clarity of the winter snow capped mountains. Take a leisurely stroll to the nearby cheese shop at Aillon-le-Jeune, cycle to the surrounding market towns of Lescheraines and Le Chatelard or take a scenic drive along the stunning country roads to Annecy, Aix-les-Bains, Chambery, Albertville, Geneva. Or go further afield and visit the well known ski resorts of Courcheval, Chamonix, Morzine, Meribel etc ...... all under 2 hrs drive. Not suitable for loud groups. The hamlet is very quiet and sound travels very easily at night, we therefore ask guests for quiet time outside after 22h00.
