Room in apartment

You will live in a quit area very close to the city center and the beach. Wifi and your own tv in the room. There is also a bike that you can borrow when you are here. The house is build in 1929 and the old feeling is still left though it is a modern apartment. The room is big and bright, facing a park. It is only ten minutes walk to the beach and 15 to the center of Malmoe. There is a cleaninglady that comes once a week and cleans the whole apartment. There is a launderyroom in the basement with 2 big washingmashines, tumble dryer and a room to hang up clothings to dry. You will have full access to the kitchen, that is fully equipped with gasstove, dishwasher, micro, waterboiler freezer, fridge and kitchen utensils. The bathroom and toilett are right by your room. I rent out two rooms via Airbnb and if both rooms are occupied, you will share bathroom and toilet. I will not disturb you during your stay. Just let me know if there is anything I can do to help you! It is a very nice and quiet part of Malmö, and yet there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, grocerystores and shops. The sea is only a walk away and to go to center of Malmö taket no time at all. It is very easy to park around the neighbourhood. It is easy to take the bus in to the city. It is very close to the walterfront. There are foodstores, restaurant, cafés and shopes around the corner. My sweet cleaninglady will come once a week to clean your room, the bathroom, toilet and kitchen.
