There is an open kitchen/living/dining room and upstairs' loft. Rental has WiFi and Roku player in main living area. There is a covered upper deck for you to sit and take in early morning sunrises. Complimentary bottle of wine with each rental for those 21 years or older. Downstairs: Covered area downstairs with fish cleaning station, picnic table, BBQ pit, boiling pot/burner/propane bottle With all of our rentals tenant may have to fill propane bottles, filling can be done at Bridge Side Marina WIFI included!!
