Traditional house of charachter with roof terrace in Senglea & views. In the charming 16th century city of Senglea, a European Destination of Excellence. 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen & dining area with sofa bed. The amazing sea and the waterfront are both within a 5 minute walk, with plenty of local cafes and restaurants to choose from. Get on a traditional water taxi and cross over to Valletta in a few minutes whilst enjoying the imposing views of the Three Cities and Valletta. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a hob, crockery, glasses, cutlery, tea and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine is also available for your use. ( soap not included ) Towels and fresh bed linen are of course included. Wifi is available free of charge. Airconditioning / Heating is available in the main bedroom and works with a coin machine, it works only with 1 and 2 euro coins. Bed size is 205x160. There is also a fan in the living area (kitchen) All of the property is private for yourself including the roof terrace and all amenities. There are stairs in the property You will be making a self check-in. I will be happy to help with any queries you might have during your stay. If my guests need anything I will be available since I live close by. CHECK IN: from 3pm CHECK OUT: 11am (sometimes this can be flexible depending on incoming and outgoing guests PLEASE NOTE that Malta requires an Ecological Contribution tax to be paid. This tax is €0.50 per adult (18+)/ per night up to a maximum of €5 per adult/per stay in Malta. For example, a 7 night visit by 2 adults and 2 children under 18 = €0.50 x 2 (€1) x 7 nights =€7 for the whole stay. If your visit encompasses several accommodations totaling 10 or more days, you will still only pay a maximum of €5/person. The property is just around 10/15 min from the Airport. To get to Valletta, you don’t even need a car. Just a one minute walk down to the waterfront, you can catch a local water taxi or take a short stroll around the historic docks built by the Knights to take the regularly scheduled ferry. There is also a regular bus service that is located 2 minutes away from the house. The iconic Gardjola Gardens that overlook the Grand Harbour will take your breath away while the many restaurants along the waterfront will no doubt take away your hunger. Senglea remains one of the truest and most authentic of the Three Cities. You will find the locals friendly and the streets filled with unique architecture and stories to make your holiday a wonderful experience. Note that this home is not suitable for wheelchair access. Kindly note that Airconditioning works with a coin machine for a small fee and takes only €1 and €2 coins.
