One double room, single beds

Due to the current Covid-19 crisis I'm happy to declare that the host is vaccinated and she adopts the protocol for sanitise the ambient. As a consequence unfortunately, this summer we will NOT provide breakfast. GREEN PASS MANDATORY for booking. No shoes inside: you will be asked to leave them at the entrance! The rooms are on the first floor, the bathroom (with shower) on the second one. The use of the kitchen is forbidden. The house was built in 1710; it is located in Borgo Monte. The house is surrounded by the silence of the pedestrian zone; it’s only 3 minutes away from the centre. The house is on two floors. The living room on the second floor is the common place with sofa and stereo (I hope you like music!). Spotorno is a little touristic town, which offers the most limpid waters (Bergeggi’s area won this year the Bandiera Blu prize once again) and several beaches equipped for every comfort. There are also free, unequipped beaches. Because of its location, Spotorno is the perfect starting point to visit western Liguria and its beautiful outback. Spotorno is just 12 minutes away from Savona, where you will exit the highway and then follow for Bergeggi-Spotorno. At the same time it’s very close to the Vado harbor, where the ferries leave to Sardinia and  Corsica. It is only 3,5km away from Noli: beautiful, small and historical Repubblica Marinara. It is easily reachable by a 20 minute walk on the seaside promenade. Varigotti is 7,5 km from Spotorno: a place of magnificent beauty where to enjoy an aperitivo on the beach or a special dinner. Borgio Verezzi (11 km) is a medieval borgo who definitely deserves a visit: it offers a view on the whole of the Ligurian coast. Final Borgo is another place not to miss (8,8km). Spotorno has a railway station and can also be reached by bus number 40 from Savona and Finale Ligure (the bus stops in every town encountered on the coast), tickets are sold on the bus or in newsagents. It is avised to always check the fixed departure times at the bus stop, For those who are interested in trekking and hiking, Spotorno presents various possible routes, in fact the beginning of the ancient roman way (Aurelia) that goes through the whole ligurian coast. The outback is a place in which to discover beautiful small towns, taste traditional local food and mountain bike trails. There is no lack of oil farms and local products markets. Climbers and bouldering enthusiasts will be happy to know Spotorno in 30min away from Finale, the most know European spot for crag and sports climbing. The owner will be happy to give advices over restaurants and notable places of the area, as well as to answer any further question or request, Parking: The house is located in the pedestrian area of Borgo Monte, therefore it cannot be reached with car or motorbike: we advise you to go from Via Annunziata, to Via Genova and finally to Via Savona in case of heavy luggage. Otherwise you can stop quickly in Piazza Aonzo to unload the car, and then park somewhere else. It is not impossible to park in Spotorno because of the presence of the Via Aurelia, but it may result difficult during high season and weekends. There are parking spaces in the direction of Noli. Train station and bus stop are close to the house. Pay attention please: there is an extra tax, 1 € for day for each host: it will be payed directly to the owner!
