Shared Home with Professional female, might have a friend here over late Dec/early Jan, not sure yet. I have 2 cats and lovely Labrador. Come and and Live the Dream in a relaxed setting with sauna and pool and tropical. Access to the Melb CBD 20kms, tram/train and surrounding tourist destinations in close prox. Access to major fwys, public transport and shopping centres 5/10/25 mins and terrific selection of foods only 5 mins away. Close access to Deakin Burwood/Monash Uni. A nice hot sauna and a dip in the pool sound good? Sitting on the patio on a nice summer night? Like to go walking, there's access to Bush walks. Shopping? Close to Chadstone Shopping Centre, The Glen and Knox. Sporting facilities. The choice is unlimited! Quiet and secluded but so close...I feel like I'm on holidays myself! Pool, Sauna, main kitchen, dining, lounge, patio shared bathroom with one other. I run a business professional driver/teacher/security therefore quite busy. Can be hands on and or hands off. One main kitchen and living room shared. Bathroom shared with my student or she may use mine. Previously Chauffeur Driver have 10 years with the top companies, exp in Tourist Destinations, winery, shopping trips etc. Working With Children Card. Worked with all ages and nationalities. English/U.K. Background love a good story from the UK/Scots and Irish! Mixes well with all! Great for students starting off and business personal as close to some of the corporate head offices close by and the travelling visitors for a base. Vast Melbourne knowledge. Will steer you in the right direction with bubbly personality and a humorous outlook. All guests need to supply names and verification. Mail to be sent to the local post office as will not be accepted at this address. Family orientated and student based for University's close by. As mentioned, parks, walks, shopping, eatery, good public transport. Can branch out to many areas with great access. 10 minute walk to Tram and Bus to Burwood Uni - 20mins. 10 minute walk to bus then train to Melb CBD - 35 min to an hr. 25 mins clear run/40 mins heavy traffic. Note: I have 2 cats who are very loving and laze around. A Labrador who is a delight 2.5 years old. You need to be comfortable with pets. Being busy 6 to 7 days a week, I usually have lights out between 10pm to midnight weekdays. Usually the same at weekends or not if up for socialising. Have 2 rooms. Pls discuss who is attending as will require details for security on all guests arriving.
