Golf, Pool and Garden in Rome

Villa full of light with pool and garden next to the Open 2019 golf course Olgiata Golf Club, just 20 min drive from Roma Centro. After touring the beautiful countryside, sightseeing inside Rome, or playing golf (there are 5 golf courses within 30 min drive including Ryder Cup Marco Simone Golf&Country Club , plus Olgiata which is 15 min BY FOOT)enjoy total relax in this beautiful villa in a luxury residential area chilling out in the small pool waiting for the bbq to be ready. The villa is on 3 floors. The upper floor has to bedrooms, one with aircon and bathroom, it's on two floors, with living area and desk down and sleeping aerea upstairs. It has a queensize bed and to matrasses. The other bedroom has a queen size bed and a bathroom. On the ground floor you have a toilet and the open space kitchen and living room with fireplace which opens out to the garden and the the pool. On the lower floor you have one bedroom with a queen bed and a sofabed and a small bathroom. You also have the laundry with ironing and washing machine. This floor has a big lounge with living area made of two sofas that can become beds and a pool/billiard to have fun with friends. There's another fireplace here as well. Outside you have the dining area and two lounges. In the middle there's the small pool and the tabletennis. The gate is electric and 2 cars can fit in, if not you can park on the tranquil little street. Everything is quite safe as it is inside a gated community. Any time you can text me for inquiries or doubts The area is famous for being tranquil and is only a short 20 min drive from Roma. The nearest golf course is 15 min by foot but there're several others near by. The nearest restaurant with its beautiful garden to eat or just have an aperitivo is only 600 meters from the house but there are several others very near by. There's a famous gym with an indoor olympic pool and an outdoor pool with sunbeds, bar and restaurant. Some shops and supermarket are nearby in a small commercial area as well. Of course Rome is a must but there are beautiful lakes and nice parks to see as well plus a lot of other activities such as wine yards, nice shopping malls, amusement parks, rafting, climbing....and, yes, Rome and its neighborhood has it all. It's necessary to have a car but there's a busstation 20 min by foot from the house and also a train station less that 10 min by car where to park and ride the train for no parking worries downdown.
