New BnB located in southern area of Yogyakarta 15 min to the airport by car/motorbike 5 min to Kotagede (silver craft area) by car/motorbike 5 min walking distance to the nearest hospital, XT Square, restaurant 700m to Bakmi Mbah Gito 9 min to the nearest supermarket 18min by car to Sate Klathak Pak Pong 10min by car to Prawirotaman area (restaurants, cafes, art spaces, art shops) 15 min to Malioboro by car 15 min to Sultan's palace (Keraton) by car 19 min to Kasongan Travel Village by car This space is new, located in a not-too-touristy neighbourhood, close to many points of interests in a southern area of Yogyakarta city, homy, clean, and it has huge parking space for cars and motorbikes. Each room is equipped with private small Indonesian bathroom (shower+toilet) and no sink in it, hot water is included and we use solar panel so it may take a while for the water to turn hot wait 1-2min. I live in the front house which is separated with the facility, I'm not gonna be around at all time but will be available if u need me. Upon Check in, guests usually will be given a self-check in direction as I'm not always at home but you will meet me at some point since i live in the front house but do not expect to be greeted upon check in :) thanks for the understanding. -Potential (seldom) noise during the day due to a car workshop in front of the BNB. At evening-night is calm and peaceful. -The nearest bus shelter is 4min away walking distance from home in front of RSI Hidayatullah (Hospital) Gojek, Uber, and Rented car/motorbike are preferred options. We provide free bike but it is subject to availability. We also provide scooter and car rental at affordable price. BYTE is located in a strategic place of southern area in Yogyakarta and is near many POIs. However, it is not located in the prime location if you assumed Malioboro area is the city centre.
