A nice, roomy and comfortable freestanding family house in quiet surroundings perfect for hiking and biking. Spacious garden with private pool, covered terrace with dining table and a trampoline. La Creuse is one of the top 2 green departments in France. Spacious kitchen/dining living area as wel as an upperfloor lounge (additional sleeping) area with ping-pong and pool tables. Four bedrooms (sleeps 10) 2,5 bathrooms and for 3 persons additional bedbanks at the mezzanine. The house has on the ground floor a spacious kitchen, dining and living area with wood stoves. In addition there are 2 bedrooms both with double beds, a seperate bathroom (basin, toilet and shower), and a seperate toilet. On the first floor there are two additional bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with 4 single beds. Also here there is a bathroom (basin, toilet and shower). Also on the first floor there is an additional large lounge/recreational area with ping ping table and a seperate pool area. It also includes a single bed and one 2 persons bedbank. We offer internet through the orange wifi box for general / not heavy use, such with a limit of 10 Gb per week. All the basic and necessary information on the house and the area is provided in a document which can be found in the house. In case of any issue or question we can be reached by phone. We have furthermore the option of nearby support as we personally are not always in the neighbourhood The area is marked by quietness, rolling hills with agriculture and woods giving beautiful views. Very suitable for walking and cycling. There is a golf resort at 18 km's and most usual outdoor activities are within a 1 hour drive. The charming village of Chambon sur Voueize offers a bakery, supermarket, gas station and several restaurants. A little further in Evaux Les Bains there is a larger supermarket, several caterers and several restaurants. In addition there is a wellness center. Limoges Airport is the nearest airport to the villa at only 1.5 hrs. drive
