Apartment is on the ground floor, full of light, equipped with the comfortable and stylish furniture. The beautiful seaside promenade as well as Porto Novi resort is only 3min walking distant. Markets and restaurants are in 5-10min of walking. Parking place in front of building is available. Two bikes available to ride along the coast. This apartment is in the quiet neighborhood, surrounded by vegetation (palm trees, oleander, cypress) but near the main road. Apartment was equipped to be comfortable and pleasant for a long stay. It is especially suitable for families and kids but any guest is welcome and he will feel like at home. From the garden you will have a beautiful view to the sea and mountains at the same time. The location is ideal for exploring Boka Kotorska, all touristic spots are near and can be reached in half of hour driving. City bus line station as well as intercity bus stations is in 5-7min of walking. Portable internet router can be used anywhere, guests can take it to the beach, city, etc. As the apartment is on the ground floor, you can access to the garden from the apartment as well as from gate side next to the building. For distant points or city you can also use public buses and station is in 7 min walking from apartment. Local touristic tax is not included in apartment price. According to Montenegrin laws, every tourist which stays in Montenegro is obliged to be registered in local touristic office and to pay a tax which is 0.8 eur/day.
