A very spacious, bright, completely self-contained second floor suite within an impressive Victorian House. Only 2-minute walk to town centre and Lytham Green. Decorated in a Moroccan theme. Private entrance off the main staircase into a vestibule area. Leading to:- Bedroom: 1: double bed (limited access one side) storage, TV. Bedroom 2: Single bed, storage Shower room: Walk-in shower, toiletries provided. Lounge: Large bright lounge with 4-foot sofa bed ( maybe a squeeze for 2 adults) Large smart TV, dining table and faciilities:- fridge, sink, microwave, tea/coffee toaster and George Forman grill. Please note there is no cooker or hob. Suitable for business, couples and families. WiFI Free parking on the street or nearby. We have lived in Lytham for 30 years. Lytham has every thing we love. Great restaurants, lovey walks and friendly people. A quiet, safe place to live. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. The accommodation is a 2 mins walk from the train station. Train journey take 6 mins to St Annes and approximately 20 mins to Blackpool and Preston. The accommodation is on the second floor so you need to climb 2 and half flights of stairs. There is no cooker or hob but Lytham boosts over 30 pleases to eat.
