When this unique thatched roof house was built in 1912, it was situated far away from Copenhagen. Today the city has expanded out to us, but the feeling of being in the countryside is still very present here. Ground floor: livingroom with fireplace, TV, Wi-Fi, dining room, entry hall, small bedroom with two single beds, kitchen with dishwasher, full bathroom with shower and heated floor, and utility room with washing machine. 1st floor: Master bedroom with sea view and a small bedroom with baby bed. Large terrace on oceanside with view and southern exposure. A smaller wooden deck on the gardenside overlooking the spacious lawn, grill, fruit trees and the cozy corners and spaces for playing. Parking is available 75m from the house on a quiet street. Towels and bed linens are included. The house borders and overlooks a large recreational area of lakes, trees, walking/biking paths and beautiful saltwater beaches. It is just 50m to the lakes and only 400m to one of Copenhagens best beaches. Two bikes, a child bike seat and a canoe are available for use. It is a 7 minute walk to shopping and train station which brings you direct into the center of Copenhagen in just 15 min. It's all yours :-)
