For keen cyclists the hills and trails offer outstanding experiences. If you want a quiet break Below Decks is perfect. Well suited for two couples or one couple and two children. The lounge is equipped with a three- seater settee and two single armchairs, looking out onto a large, shaded deck in a lush garden overlooking the Lagoon. A charcoal Weber braai is available for your use, as well as a gas fire should it be chilly. There is a dining table and 4 chairs. Uncapped, high speed internet is available. The galley kitchen is comprehensively equipped, with a full oven and hob unit, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and coffer maker.. The TV has full DSTV Premium channels and DVD player, and there is a large stock of books and games. There are two bedrooms; the main bedroom with lagoon views has a Queen size bed and large fitted wardrobes. It has a full bathroom with bath, shower, double basins and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe and en-suite bathroom comprising shower, hand basin and toilet. Secure parking is provided. We are well equipped for children of all ages. Covid-19 cleaning protocols are followed. We have a friendly Golden Retriever who loves children on the property, but knows he is not allowed in the apartment. The accommodation has its own entrance from the deck or via the garage,and is all on one level with no steps. Guests will be provided with remote controls for the gate, garage door and alarm system. Your hosts live in the separate upper storey of the property, and are available for any assistance or advice you may need. Lake Brenton is a quiet suburb, where Bushbuck roam freely among the Yellowwood trees and bird life is prolific. In Brenton-on-Sea( 4Km away) a butterfly sanctuary exists for the famed Brenton Blue butterfly. Great walks can be taken along the cliff tops on Fishermans Walk, or on the beach to Buffalo Bay.(5.4Km away.) Enjoy a drink, or meal, at Brenton Haven's Blu restaurant overlooking the sea or at Nautical South restaurant close to the beach. Here there is also a small convenience store. Other restaurants on the Brenton side of the Lagoon include the historic pub, The Bell, in Belvidere and for fine dining Pembreys. Knysna itself teems with restaurants and coffee shops.
