Cosy Countryside Cottage

Set in the heart of the southern commons of the Malvern Hills conservation park our cosy cottage offers escape from the trappings of modern life. This beautiful part of the common is connected to the lower slopes of the Malvern Hills allowing lovers of the great outdoors to explore directly from the gate. Sweeping vistas along the length of the Malverns will uplift and inspire. Whether you want rest and relaxation or sporting exhilaration you will have chosen a great place to stay. A modernised though practical space, Holly Cottage combines comfortable living with a spacious interior that will stand up to the realities of country life. Social distancing is possible between 2 families if necessary. Accommodation is located at different ends of the property and there are 2 dining tables. Extra sleeping space for children can be arranged. Winter guests enjoy our wonderful Aga, for cosiness and cooking, without any complications. Guests may drive into the property via a 5 bar gate and park where convenient on the extensive gravel driveway. There is a cattle grid across the gateway to prevent loose sheep and cattle straying into the property from the surrounding common. Guests will have exclusive access to the property. Precise location and access details will be shared via email prior to booking. A rural and secluded area of common land. There is a short, rough, stone track to the property, off the highway. Drive with care. This is a great base for exploring the Malvern Hills and commons on foot, by mountain bike, road bike. To visit local towns of Ledbury, Malvern, Upton and Tewkesbury a car is essential as there is no public transport nearby. There is a raised grass ridge down the centre of the stone access track. Please take care driving. Position your car to one side, or the other, to avoid damaging your sump. (The track is approx 100 metres)
