Apartment I - 40m away from the beach

The apartment is 500m away from the "Porto Montenegro" marina. It is located in Donja Lastva, only 40m away from the beach, as a part of a private house, with a garden. Nearby the accommodation there are basketball, tennis and mini-golf courts. The apartment is located in Donja Lastva, only 40m away from the beach, as a part of a private house. It has one bedroom, with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and a dishwasher. Also, there is a washing machine in the bathroom. The apartment includes air-condition, TV, CATV, wireless internet, water 24h, a parking spot and a balcony with an amazing sea view. We will greet the guests on arrival, to describe how to operate the wi-fi, TV, and the features and amenities of the guest house and local area. Walking distance to restaurants, beaches, a short drive to the Tivat (5 min), Kotor (15 min), Budva (30 min). Tivat with its tourist, cultural and sport activities can satisfy even the most fastidious guests. Beside the natural beauty it possesses, we must mention beautifull new port 'Porto Montenegro' which is in our neighbourhood (only 500m from the apartment). This neighborhood is great for resting, shopping, eating. Within walking distance is the beach, the yachts and close to Porto Montenegro boutique shopping, with several restaurants, tennis courts, and a fitness club. Also nearby the accomodation there are basketball, tennis and mini golf courts. Parking is included - it's public parking and it's free of charge. The local bus system is walking distance away, with connections throughout the city and Kotor, Budva, Herceg-Novi. The apartment is 4 km away from the airport, from which one can take a taxi. Sometimes we can offer a transfer to the airport for 10€, however that should be arranged with the host a day before the departure. Tourist day tax is not included in the price. It is 1€ per person, per day. Check-in time is after 3 PM, however, guests who arrive earlier can put their belongings at the safe place in the house in which the apartment is located. Check-out time is by 11 AM, however, guests who have a flight later can put their belongings at the safe place in the house in which the apartment is located.
