Located on a quaint farm only 30 mins from Edinburgh, Capital View Lodge Cabin is a modern, well situated home away from home with all you need for a wonderful holiday. Perfect for a wee break with friends or a holiday with the family - suitable for all your staycation needs The lodge is located just a short drive from the picturesque seaside village of Aberdour on a farm with decades of history. It is spacious and fully equipped with all you need for a wonderful stay. The accommodation is private, with a large decking/seating area and hot tub which is fit for all seasons. The front offers unique panoramic views of the capital. Guests will be able to access the whole cabin, decking area with hot tub and the grounds of our farm. We will readily be available on the run up to your booking and live only a few minutes from the property. If you have any questions during your stay please do not hesitate to ask. We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The farm setting offers real peace and tranquillity. We are located only a 20 minute walk from Aberdour, which boasts many award winning spots such as McTaggart's Cafe, Foresters Arms Pub, Aberdour Castle and the picturesque Silver Sands Beach. Aberdour also has a couple of local stores and a train station where a journey into Edinburgh takes only 30 mins. About a 5 minute drive west you'll find Dalgety Bay which features larger supermarkets and more great eating options. We have a few animals on our farm such as horses and goats, as well as our friendly dog, Maddie, who will likely pay you a visit. Don't hesitate to say hello, she loves the attention! The property is well located, only a 10 minute drive from the M90. Parking is available at the property. The lodge is also only a 30 minute drive from Edinburgh Airport, where taxis and car hire are available. Being in the countryside, there are some lovely walking routes right on your doorstep; including the short walk down to Aberdour. The train station in the village serves multiple stations from Edinburgh to Glasgow. Fife is generally a great central location for exploring all of Scotland.
