Peaceful, friendly neighborhood with more than 1,300 sq. ft. living space located about 20 minutes by car from either Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden or the International Airport. Public transportation is a short 15 minutes walk away. This location is ideal for friends, families and trade fair visitors with lots of recreational relaxation offered right at your doorstep: forests, fields, many destinations for hiking and the Spa Rhein-Main-Therme with various saunas and swimming pools. The apartment was just renovated in a retro-style. The bedrooms offer one king, one queen and one single sized beds. There is an en suite bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and another bathroom with shower and toilet. The open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove and full automatic coffee machine and a side-by-side refrigerator including ice maker and filtered drinking water. The living/dining room has a table, chairs, a couch, LED smart TV and wifi. A small garden provides a bbq, table and benches. Walking distance to a nature park with (fenced) boars and deer, open fields, and a huge forrest and for lovely walks with children, friends and family. There is a golf course, water park and spa, soccer park, horseback riding and a shopping mall - all within 5 minutes by car. There is ample free parking on the street and an optional garage parking for only €10/day. The city of Hofheim offers visitors a variety of gastronomy, culture and entertainment, such as a shopping center including cinema, thermal bath and various types of wellness massage. The inner cities of Frankfurt am Main, Wiesbaden and Mainz are only around 20 kilometers away. The connection to the supra-regional transport network is extremely cheap thanks to the direct connection to the A 66 autobahn, continuing to the A3 and A5. There is a direct connection to Frankfurt am Main through the S-Bahn connection. Hofheim is also a city in the country: the forest makes up almost 40 percent of the city area - so relaxation begins right on the doorstep. The large urban forest with the subsequent state forest is part of the Hochtaunus Nature Park.
