In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply. - For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. - Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge. - Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located. By using a lot of wood and natural materials in the high-quality furnishing of the chalet in combination with the luxurious facilities, you will enjoy a high level of comfort. On the ground floor you will find an open living room with dining table and sitting area. There is also a bedroom with bathroom and a fully equipped open kitchen. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a loft with two beds, three bathrooms and a sauna. There is ample parking space, a ski storage room and, finally, a very nice terrace with wonderful mountain views. From the chalet it is about 1.5 km to the supermarket and restaurants in the centre. Because of its location on the mountain, you have here almost a ski-in, ski-out possibility. The Katschberg ski region consists of two mountains. The first mountain is the Tschaneck. This is ideal for beginners and families with children. The other mountain is the Aineck. It is known for its longer descents. Did you know that the longest descent of Austria is located here? The A1 descent is no less than 6 km long! In many places in the ski resort, you can also enjoy delicious food. Keep in mind that with fresh snow, you will need snow chains to reach the chalet. Also in summer, this region guarantees a lot of fun! The area has many mountains and lakes. Therefore, there is a rich offer of hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking and trail running routes. Fishing, making beautiful boat trips or just taking a refreshing dive can be done in one of the many lakes in the area!
