Villa The colors of the sea is located in one of the most beautiful setting on the rocky coast of the Adriatic Sea. Surrounded by a large and lush Mediterranean garden, it is equipped with a swimming pool (10 x 5 m) and has a direct private access to the seaside. The building has splendid star vaults. The living area of the house includes : - a fully equipped kitchen (oven and dishwasher) and a small laundry-room - a dining room with sea-view , fireplace and a 10-12 people table - a large terrace overlooking the sea (next to the dining room), with table and chairs, where you can have lunch or dinner among the scents of the Mediterranean garden and in front of the compelling beauty of the Adriatic Sea - a large living-room with sofas,armchairs, table and fireplace. It has direct access, on one side, to a large open gallery equipped with a table and chairs, and on the other to a splendid sea-view terrace, equipped with sofas and armchairs A short corridor leads to the sleeping area, with 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which with private bathroom. A third bathroom with shower is also available. External stairs lead to the lower floor of the building, which will remain closed thus allowing exclusive use of the property. A stone-staircase crosses a beautiful pine forest, leading to a cove with a small pier on the blue sea. A concrete platform allows easy access to the sea. The cove is equipped with deckchairs, sunbeds and umbrella. The sea-view swimming pool with equipped area is located on the back of the villa. The property has a shaded parking area for 2-3 cars. Facilities: washing machine in a small laudry-room. Important Information: the access to the sea, as well as part of the garden, are not of exclusive use but shared with the smaller villa Where Italy ends, within the same property, which could be occupied by the owners or by other customers. Please note that, in any case, a total and mutual independence and confidentiality is guaranteed by the position of the villas. Barbecue is not allowed, due to the vegetation surrounding the villa.
