12 Houses from the beautiful crystal clear calming ocean , this is what an old fashion fishing village is , no hustle life style , enjoy our delightful home as we do , along with our peaceful neighbourhood , our home has all the modern features including a Granny Flat , kids can chase the sand crabs , play in the sand , do a spot of fishing , kayaking,Gaze up at the night sky’s without the city lights , Meet the local Kangaroos, maybe a cuppa at the local restaurants Goodies or Salty Squid Toogoom is just so untouched by development ,takes you back in time to our childhood memories Beach house has well appointed kitchen ,bathroom , bedrooms, outside entertaining area, Granny Flat, (extra toilet and shower included ) stroll 12 X houses and you are at the beach ,hear the peaceful ocean of a night. Main House has fully secure yard for your animal friends (extremely private) Granny flat is available for extra guests (usually more than 4 guests ) Whilst I still observe that most guests enjoy their privacy . Please be assured I will always be available should you require any assistance during your stay,please feel free to text or phone me with any concerns ,I am only local and more than happy to assist. 12 houses away from the quiet beach great for a daily stroll with the furry ones , no neighbours at the back , only the local sheep and wild life , just open land Must to have own Transport , flat level roads if you want to bring your push bike for site seeing Close to Hervey Bay 15 minutes by car to main shopping centres , movies , water parks , famous Urangan pier , Markets on Sunday's , and beach front markets , book a seasonal Whale watching trip ,Visit Fraser Island ( require 4x4 ) put your tinny in at the local ramp just near Goodies or Burrum Heads and enjoy the local fishing comps. Local convenience store is in Jepperson St also selling hot food , also smaller shopping centre includes Foodworks in nearby Craignish ,Doctors and a few takeaways shops to get your essentials . Enjoy your Holiday with your 4 legged family mates ,with extremely wonderful dog friendly beaches ,our back yard is fully secure and private Although the house is fully screened , late afternoon if sitting in the entertaining area the odd sandfly might be out , remember to pack the Rid or Aerogard in ,as this is QLD outdoors beach .
