Cosy annexe in Stafford with beautiful gardens

Well maintained cosy separate residence with secure parking, 1m from motorway and walking distance to town centre of Stafford (20 mins) - close to local amenities (Pure Gym/ restaurants /convenience store / launderette). The coach house is a separate building in the gardens of our house with a double bedroom upstairs. Downstairs, a sofa bed in the lounge, well equipped kitchen and bathroom with good shower and bath. SMART TV downstairs with 2 DVD players, Freeview & Fibre Optic wifi. Secluded space but close to town and amenities and easy access to motorway. Our guests love the serenity of our place, watching the birds, ducks and squirrels from the large windows. Please feel free to use the outside area in front of the large window for seating. An extra memory-foam mattress is provided for the sofa bed for additional comfort if required. Take a 15 minute walk into the centre of Stafford via the cycle path / walkway. Stafford is a vibrant market town, particularly when events are on - don't forget to visit the Tudor Ancient High House, with free entry to a small museum, in the centre of Stafford. Lots of good pubs / restaurants nearby and also very close to lots of great attractions - Go Ape (10mins drive), Trentham Monkey Forest and Gardens, the Potteries, the stunning, medieval, Cathedral city of Lichfield, the National Arboretum War Memorial, Drayton Manor and Alton Towers. We are also just 10 minutes away from Staffordshire Showground. Cannock Chase (20 mins drive) is hosting the Commonwealth Games 2022 Mountain Biking events and also hosts a variety of open air concerts. Orienteering and Gruffalo Trails are ideal for families. Stafford train station / town centre approx 1m away (20 minute walk through park and down Isabel trail). Bus stop into town centre outside the cemetery. Secured parking on drive with electric gates (for one car, two by prior arrangement) Absolutely no smoking or e-cigarettes inside or outside the property due to severe allergies.
