The entrance hall takes you into a spacious living room with a bay window overlooking the garden and a modern kitchen/dining area that look out over the large swimming pool and stunning sea views. There is one twin bedroom with an adjacent shower room also on this floor along with a utility room. The 1st floor has a master double bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom that is adjacent to a family size bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms access the wide balcony that overlooks the swimming pool, Ionian Sea, views of the Greek mainland and towards Albania. Should a 2nd double bedroom be required one of the twin bedrooms can be made up as a double. The wide terrace wraps around three sides of the villa allowing for two separate outdoor dining areas or one large space for larger groups, a third dining area is set in the garden itself and has views over the Ionian Sea and along the south-east coast of Corfu. All of our bathrooms have been renovated for the summer season of 2022. The large infinity swimming pool, newly tiled for this summer, is positioned for the best sea views of all. A stone sunbathing area offers space for sun loungers and umbrellas and the lawn or under a shaded tree is also an excellent option for where to spend lazy pool days.
