On the first floor you will find the family bathroom and three bedrooms. The master bedroom is fitted with a super kingsize bed. There is a double room, with the option to have a single bed added, and a twin bedroom. With a bed settee also available the property will sleep up to 8. The large gardenwith a children's swing set is available for guests to use at your leisure, . The 5m x 10m pool is available for guests' exclusive use. A BBQ and bread oven are available I will normally be available to guests during their stay and will gladly offer any advice, guidance and support required. The home of brandy at Cognac can be reached in less than an hour, with golf courses, canoeing and fishing nearby as well as a well defined network of cycle routes. Angoulême, the capital of the Charente which has all major amenities, is 30 mins away. The beaches and coastal towns of La Rochelle and Royan can be reached in under 2hrs. Futuroscope, a state of the art theme park for all the family, is only 1hr away. This is an ideal location to explore and discover all that the Charente region has to offer, by foot, cycle or car. Public transport is limited. A car is necessary for exploring the wider area. The nearest airports are at Limoges, Poitiers (both an hour by car) and Bordeaux 90 minutes away.
