LERICI, EXCLUSIVE B&B LE CODINE: STUNNING SEA VIEW

Our B&B is in Lerici, near 5 Terre. We offer large bedroom with king size double bed, stunning sea view, balcony and private bathroom. Price includes a rich Italian breakfast. The prestigious vintage villa with garden, in the green of Monte Marcello Park, is close to the sea and village but remote from the noisy city center. Ideal for relaxation. Our Bed and Breakfast is located in one of the most beautiful and scenic places of the Gulf of Lerici. The sea view is unique. Your room, with private bathroom, is part of a vintage villa surrounded by greenery. The room is equipped with all the necessary comforts and has a nice balcony overlooking the sea. If desired, a bed for boy or girl until 18 can be added, extra cost 25 €/day. Similarly a cradle or crib or cot for baby until 3 can be added, extra cost 50 € for the entire period. Breakfast, which is obviously included in the price, can be served either on the terrace or in the dining room. You can choose from a wide variety of foods, including sweet, salty, dried and fresh fruit, fruit juices, as well as coffee, tea, barley, milk, herbal teas. Special foods can be supplied on request. Our house is nestled in the green of the Park of Monte Marcello but is also close to the center of Lerici and its beaches, The village is about 4 km following the road but you can reach on foot, with many shortcuts. Alternatively, you can use the bus: the nearest stop is about 900 m from our house. The most suitable vehicle to reach our home is always the car. A convenient private free parking is available in a protected area. For a precise choice of opportunities, we decided to rent a room only for which guests will be two or, at most, three people. Our continuous commitment has allowed us to obtain the title of Super Host: we will try to maintain this recognition, but above all we intend to continue offering our guests a relaxing and unforgettable stay. Our "B & B Le Codine" is an authentic B & B. Guests will be able to live under the same roof as the owners and so will be able to know and appreciate the authentic and typical Italian life style. They will therefore always have access to their room with bathroom and balcony. They will also have access to the dining room for breakfast. They will have at their disposal for the whole time of their stay free access to all open spaces such as garden, terrace and porch with the possibility of using chairs, deckchairs and sunbeds. They can freely access the parking space. The price includes the tourist tax. Our goal is offer our guests an unforgettable stay in our bed & breakfast; we are committed to providing a pleasant stay and a fine breakfast with typical local products. The owners will be available to guests for the entire time of stay and will be available to provide directions and advice on places to visit, routes, restaurants and pizzerias, for organizing various programs. Languages spoken: English, French and some Spanish. Our house, which you see in the photos, is located on a hill just above Lerici, surrounded by greenery within the Natural Park of Montemarcello. From home, you can walk to many mountain trails for a walk or mountain bike ride. Lerici is a beautiful village overlooking the Ligurian Sea. It enjoys a beautiful view of the Gulf of Lerici and even in the height of summer we have an increasingly cooler temperature than in the village. The village can be reached on foot or by bus: the nearest bus stop is about 900 m from our house. From home, beyond Lerici, all the beautiful villages and beaches around here can be reached. We are very close to the 5 Terre, an hour from Portofino and from Pisa, an hour and a half from Florence or Genoa. To fully enjoy the potential of the house we suggest you come with your own car or rent one. The city of Lerici is located in a favorable place to visit important tourist centers or cities of art. The city of La Spezia is only 10 km away and requires only 20 minutes by car and 30/40 by bus. We are very close to the 5 Terre, an hour from Portofino and from Pisa, an hour and a half from Florence or Genoa. To go to visit the 5 Terre you can use the boat that leaves from the center of Lerici and takes 30 mins to get to Portovenere and 50 mins to get to the 5 Terre. The 5 Terre can also be reached by train in a few minutes, 15/20 minutes, but you need to get to the city of La Spezia and, for this move, it takes about 25 minutes by car, 30/40 by bus. The 5 Terre can also be reached by car but I do not recommend it because the roads are narrow and busy. 1) Laundry service is now available; it is possible to use the washing machine and the structures for drying washed items. We suggest a fee of 5 € as reimbursement of expenses for each wash 2) As already written in the Family Services section, we provide a crib for babies. The equipped service includes mattress, sheets, pillowcases, pillow and blankets, the cost is valued at € 50 for the entire period of stay. 3) The Municipality of the city of Lerici requires payment of the tourist tax for the first five days of the stay.
