Enjoy the great views from my bright open plan home, this chilled comfortable space will provide you with a relaxing stay. Built in 1967 it has all the charm of that era with modern renovations. The living areas are open plan, and allow for relaxed entertaining, with light filled rooms during the day and in the evening you can gaze across across the houses sparkling below. After a great nights sleep you can access the CBD in an 8 minute drive or head out to MONA, which is only 10 mins by car. The house has a great vibe and is the perfect space for family and friends to get together or for romantic rendezvous. An open plan living space that includes; sun room, small deck, modern kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room and lounge room, this house has many areas to relax in and admire the view to Mount Wellington and the surrounding ranges. The sun room is called the "VIP lounge" and is magic at sunset. The whole top floor and front yard is yours to use and enjoy. Luxuriate in the Kaldewei bath built for 2, while gazing at Mount Wellington, and the ranges. There is a separate self contained private flat down stairs. While I have quests I stay at my partners house in the country, I have the best of both worlds. There is no off street parking, however parking is available on the street. Pedestrian access options from the street; As the house is elevated there are 14 steps or the driveway, with 1 step to enter the house. The top floor is one level. I am able to greet you on arrival or you can let yourselves in. I can also advise of any activities you may be interested in, or tours you might want to take. I want your visit to be a great one. When I am not living at this property I may be at my partners house in the country. It is only 35 minutes away at down the Channel. The neighborhood is quiet and close to lots of amenities. Moonah, New Town and Hobart are the closest shopping areas. With a 24hr Kmart at New Town. There is a great kids play area and cafe at Cornelian Bay. There is also a bike track where you can ride to MONA or Hobart. There is a bus stop on the street where you can go to Hobart CBD or Moonah. An express bus leaves regularly from the Brooker Hwy near Ashbolt Cresent. Plenty of ubers and cabs are available too.
