Penvenn Fields

A newly renovated to high standards en-suite (bed) room (48m2) with a SUPER king size bed. The room is situated separately from the main house, no shared areas with the host or other guests. We are within walking distance or short drive to our Cornish fishing village Fowey 1.3 miles. There is secure parking next to your room. You will find a bench seat with table outside, the cushions are in your wardrobe. In your room you will find a mini fridge, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The large en-suite bedroom is situated on the left hand side of the owners house. With separate access to the room, parking next to your room and an outside seating area. There is a gravelled area outside the bedroom front door. The car parking area is right next to the room and there is a seating arrangement there for you to use. We live on site and will be available for any questions or advice. The house is set in its own grounds which makes it very private and quiet. We are minutes away from some beautiful site seeing places, Lanhydrock, Eden Project, Fowey ‘ s st. Catherine’s Castle. And then a little further away Charlestown, Mevagissey, Looe, etc. As we are only a few minute drive from the beach and the beautiful coastal paths. There is a bus link into Fowey and or into Par where your nearest train station is with links to Truro, Bodmin and Plymouth The property and premises are non smoking. The accommodation is a pet free rental.
