Lovely Old House in the Berry

Located in Seillant this peaceful house is the ideal relaxing place for your holidays in the Berry. This recently refurbished old-style house is located in Seillant, a lovely village near Saint-Benoit du Sault (known as one of the most beautiful France's villages). It is 5 kms away from a nautical leisure center and shops. The place is close to other beautiful villages: Gargilesse-Dampierre, Argenton sur Creuse, Eguzon-Chantôme. Ideal place for relaxing, visiting typical french villages or even to practice outdoor activities (hiking, fishing, swimming, canoe..) you will definitely enjoy your stay in this peaceful environment in the center of France ! First floor of the house includes a fitted and fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, sofa, armchairs, TV). Bathroom (Bath+WC). You also have access to an interior private court to enjoy the sunny weather (table and chairs). On the second floor there are two bedrooms which are connecting (total bedding capacity: 4 persons). The entire house and the private court are for you. During your stay you can ask the neighboor (Mrs. NICOLAS) for any kind of assitance, she will be pleased to help you. Close to the Seillant's Mill. Typical lovely french village from the Berry with old style houses, paths and streets. Almost no car traffic, quietful place Joyful people and welcoming neighborhood. The house is located between Chaillac and Saint-Benoît-du-Sault. The highway 'A20' is close: exit n° 21 if you come from the south and exit n° 20 if you arrive from the north.
