Modern Family Beach House with Pool

Renovated beach style house with views to the ocean. Family home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and landscaped backyard with modern pool and covered deck with big comfortable outdoor lounges,out door dining table and BBQ. Only a 15 minute drive to Manly beach. Spacious 2 story newly renovated beach styled 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 3 living areas very close to Sydney's Manly Beach. The ground level comprises a fully equipped kitchen modern kitchen/dining with views out to the pool. This area flows to a very bright lounge room with large TV. There are another 2 sitting areas on this level and one with a PS4/Netflix for kids with a piano. There are 3 bedroom upstairs and an open study with 2 large working desks looking out to Manly. The kitchen leads onto a large 30 meter squared covered deck with 4 large comfy outdoor lounges and access to the BBQ. In the garden there is an 8M x 3.5M stunning glass fenced pool with Balinese day bed and its own outdoor umbrella. There is a 2nd very large cantilever umbrella for shade covering the butterfly chairs. Upstairs the master suite has fantastic views to Manly, king size bed ,68 inch SMART TV with Foxtel/Netflix/Apple TV/Disney/Stan, ceiling fans, large walk in wardrobe through to the ensuite with heated floors, large walk in shower with both over head rain and wall showers. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, built in robes, ceiling fan and views to Manly with large TV with Netflix. The third bedroom has a king single bed and a single day bed that can be extended to a queen size bed, ceiling fan and views out to the pool. All 3 bedroom ceiling fans have remote controls. Free Wifi is available throughout the house. A travel cot is available and a sofa bed (converts to Queen size) in the PS4 lounge room. The house will be vacated during your stay although there will be no access to a store room under the stairs in the house and an attic room above the carport. There is plenty of parking in the carport/driveway and on the street. A relative will be available to assist with any issues that may arise during your stay and we will also be contactable. Beacon Hill is a suburb located on the northern beaches of Sydney. It is located 17 km north east of Sydney CBD. It is a pleasant suburb that has easy access to many of the beaches on this north side. The closest beaches that are only a 10-15 drive include Manly, Freshwater, Curl Curl and Dee Why beaches. There is a local shopping village at Allambie Heights which is a short 5 minute drive away, there is an IGA supermarket, grocer, fish and chips, chicken shop, liquor store, cafe, Indian restaurant and pizza store. There is the Virgin Gym which is a short 8 minute walk away. For a larger shopping centre Warringah Mall is a 5 minute drive away. There are plenty of parks and a large indoor aquatic centre located 5 minutes drive away. There is a bus stop on the main road which is a 5-8 minute walk away on Warringah Rd, buses go to the Sydney CBD every half hour in peak times and every hour outside of these times (169 or 173 to Milsons Point where Luna Park is. They also go to Warringah Mall (large shopping centre) and Dee Why Beach. The BLine yellow bus can take you from Warringah mall into the city in only 4 stops. If you are travelling with children, please be mindful of pool safety rules and supervise children at all times. There is a approved child lock on the pool fence and CPR instructions on the wall next to the pool. Pool maintenance will be taken care of during your stay. Swimming season is usually from October through to the end of April in Australia. The pool is not heated.
