The apartment is well situated with restaurants/bars, supermarkets, cafes and a beautiful beach within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Enjoy drinks and meals on the large balcony that overlooks the pool area or you can relax on sun beds around the pool and enjoy a cooling swim in the well maintained pool that is shared by other residents. The apartment is well situated with restaurants/bars, supermarkets, cafes and a beautiful beach all within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Although a car is advisable if you wish to explore the Calabrian area, it is not necessary if your preference is to relax by the pool or beach. There are plenty of bars and restaurants and a taxi service available to take you to selected restaurants that are out of town. Outside The large balcony overlooking the pool area provides a large dining table with six chairs. An outside storage cupboard stores two sunbeds, one sun parasol and two lilos for use around the pool or on the beach. The pool is available from June - end September. Accessibility Lifts are available to the first floor apartment. Wheelchair ramps are available leading to the apartment block and pool area to provide wheel chair accessibility. We have an Italian/English speaking key holder who will be available to meet you on arrival. She will show you around the apartment and will give you advice about the area. You will be sent full details of the apartment and the area before your stay so that you will know what to pack and what expect during your stay.
