Beautiful modern cottage just 5 mins from Carmarthen town centre. Quiet walks on your doorstep as well as a cycle path. Beautiful beaches with 30 mins drive. Train station is walkable as is the bus station. A fabulous, modern living space with new appliances. We have a courtyard garden with sunshine throughout the day...unless it rains!! Carmarthen town has great shops, restaurants and cafes. Some great pubs and a cinema. We’re really close to some fantastic beaches, castles and the Botanic Garden of Wales. There is parking to the front of the property and we are within walking distance of the bus and train station.
