This charming semi-detached holiday home with private pool lies just 8 km from the sandy beaches of Alassio. The accommodation with independent entrance is arranged on three floors. The ground floor has an independent entrance from the garden and comprises a tavern with separate sleeping area (1 double bed), kitchen, living room and bathroom (the tavern is not heatable). On the first floor, which is accessed via a covered veranda: living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the third-floor, which is an attic with an open twin bedroom. From here you have access to the terrace. The outdoor area is equipped with a barbecue for outdoor dining in tranquillity and with a pool with outdoor shower. The area is ideal not only for discovering the sandy beaches of Albenga (11km) and Alassio (8 km) but also to organize excursions to Cervo (22 km), famous for its international classical music festival, or to discover the historic Roman town centre of Albenga, to visit Borgio Verezzi (31 km), listed as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and famous for its summer theatre season. You can also enjoy boat trips to the island of Gallinara, or visit the ancient maritime republic of Noli (43 km), Savona (58 km) with its scenic harbour, the “village of witches” Triora (90 km), and Capo Noli (45 km) where the battle of Admiral Nelson took place and which is so loved by submarines. In Varigotti (39 km) you will find a splendid Saracen village and in Bergeggi (48 km) a cetacean sanctuary. For sports lovers: in Sanremo (71 km) starts Europe’s longest coastal cycle path (25 km) and in the centre of Albenga starts the Via Julia Augusta which connects Albenga with Alassio. Hiking and mountain biking trails start at 1 km from the property. For art lovers: Genoa with its splendid town centre (UNESCO heritage site) is 85 km from here. Caution: in a bend of the access road, the road gets narrow and measures approx. 2,50 m. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate.
