La Pinede is an Architect Designed 3 Bedroom Villa, all en-suite with large pool, set in mature gardens with fruit trees and pine trees. There is a separate 2 bedroom villa that can be included in the holiday rental for larger groups, at extra cost per person. Villa The three bedroom villa has a large open plan living area with lots of natural light. There are 3 patio doors to the front of the living area opening on to a large terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped with all new appliances including 2 ovens (a fan oven and a microwave combination oven), 2 fridge freezers, dishwasher, hob and double sink. The kitchen area has a patio door leading to the terrace. The washing machine is in a separate area off the hallway. Each Bedroom in the Villa has its own en-suite bathroom, with the downstairs Master Bedroom having it's own access on to the terrace. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a balcony overlooking the pool. The other bedroom has a door opening into the mezzanine area with sofa bedthat overlooks the large open plan living area. Gite The two bedroom gite has open plan living area and kitchen with patio doors leading out to a terrace at the front and separate terrace at the side of the house. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher,washing machine, hob and sink. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms, each with double doors on to a shared balcony with views of the surrounding vineyards. There is a bathroom with large shower shared by the 2 bedrooms. In Summer and autumn the fruit trees provide apples and figs. Feel free to pick and enjoy. The accommodation is for exclusive use of the guests. Mimmi, our housekeeper, prepares the house in advance and Andy prepares the pool for your arrival.
