COTTAGE NEAR PORTOFINO, FANTASTIC SEA VIEW

LOCATION: THE HOUSE IS 1 KM FROM THE SMALL CENTER OF ZOAGLI (about 2500 inhabitants). There is a main beach and other pebble beaches with transparent water, a paradise for diving enthusiasts. A beautiful path cut into the cliff, easy for beautiful walks to the sea. You can walk to the train station in less than a quarter of an hour. In Zoagli there are: a grocery store, a bakery, a pharmacy and some pizzerias, bars and restaurants. Rapallo is 4 Km away and can be reached by car or train in a few minutes. Portofino by car (13.5 Km) and Sestri Levante (11km). Very interesting are the boat trips from Rapallo or Santa Margherita to Portofino, San Fruttuoso and Camogli and from Rapallo to Sestri Levante and the Cinque Terre. Shopping can also be done in Rapallo, or in the historic center of Chiavari (6 Km). DESCRIPTION: The "L 'Arenella" house, renovated in 2012, can be reached via a slightly uphill private road. It can accommodate up to 6 people on two floors. On the upper floor there is a living room furnished with style and taste. There is also a fireplace. An open kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa that turns into bed and can accommodate 1 or 2 people. The lower floor can be reached via an internal staircase where there are two bedrooms. There is a terrace of approx. 20, with a view towards Chiavari and Sestri Levante where you can comfortably dine and lounge under a beautiful sky where there are two deckchairs and a tent. The car has its "private place". From the terrace you can reach the "BELVEDERE" going up on foot among olive trees for about 5 minutes. From here, the view towards Portofino is breathtaking. All this is part of the property, but also accesses the "near" of the "Yellow House" (see photo). Here you can sunbathe, enjoy an aperitif or simply enjoy the view. The beach is a 10-minute walk away.
