A few kilometers from Saint-Emilion, we welcome you in an old farmhouse spacious and comfortable for 8-9 persons (170 m2). Enjoy breathtaking views of the Dordogne Valley and a park maintained 5000 m2. The house has four rooms (160, 3 * 140) and a small bedroom (1 * 90), a large living / dining room of 40 m2, an equipped kitchen (oven and microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and small appliances) independent, two bathrooms, one with bath, separate WC, outside a sheltered terrace with table and garden furniture, plancha gas. In winter, guests enjoy all the comfort with a central heating and a wood insert in the living room. TV, internet, DVD, baby equipment on request, pets not allowed, private parking. Many excursions await you around the valley of the Dordogne nearby (Lascaux, Sarlat, Eyzies, medieval castles, Gallo-Roman site, ....) to the Atlantic coast (Arcachon, Lacanau, Cap Ferret, ...) or in the vineyards (Saint-Emilion ...). Many sporting activities are proposed or likely to Lake Acadie or Gurçon Lake.
