BRAND NEW 2000 SQ FT HOME. ONLY A 2 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH. The space Brand new beautiful cottage located in Port Elgin. The entire house(Calm Shores as we call it) is for your own pleasure and only a 2 minute walk to Port Elgin's main beach and a 15 min walk to downtown. Sit in the upper balcony from your bedroom and see the lake. This brand new 2000sq ft cottage boasts beautiful decor throughout. The main floor consists of your family room with HD TV, and access to Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen and a half bathroom. There is also the laundry room with access to a washer and dryer. You can walk out into the fully fenced private backyard, grill some yummy food on the gas bbq, play yard games, or tell stories around the firepit. Head upstairs to the second floor to the game room/lounge area for some fun with an air hockey table, books, and board games. Make your way out to the upper deck to enjoy a cup of coffee or pour yourself a nice drink, which you cooled in the bar fridge. One bedroom with a full bathroom and another half bathroom are also on this floor. The third floor is where a fun filled day will come to an end. The three bedrooms have spacious closets and dream worthy beds for a great comfortable sleep. You will also find two full bathrooms and two balconies to watch the stars at night. Guest access You have full access to the entire house, except to the one locked door leading to the basement. Other things to note - We do welcome children under 2, but our house has many stairs and balconies. It has not been childproofed. -All the rooms have Individualized temperature settings, one can fully control the AC and heat for a particular room We provide; -kitchen towels, hand towels, bathmats -dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent -toilet paper, paper towels, tissue boxes PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN: -Linens – bedsheets,comforter,blankets -bath towels, beach towels -any and all toiletries -Please do not wear shoes in the house. - No Pets no exceptions - NO Smoking or Vaping in the house -Firewood must be bought locally -Fire pit must be supervised by adults -No fireworks on property -Our house sleeps 10 persons maximum. Extra guests will be charged -all guests must be registered. -No noise between 11pm-7am as per town bylaws -NO parties allowed Saugeen Shores, Ontario, Canada Enjoy the beach which is a quick 2 minute walk from the House-Calm Shores. Walk along the Lake Huron and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Watch the boats at the Marina and enjoy ice cream from the local restaurants. Downtown is a short 15-20 min walk to the local restaurants, bistros and shops. There are many hiking and biking trails, parks, splash pad and rental of water toys in the area, all within a walking distance. Getting around The beach, downtown, and parks are all within walking distance. There are biking and hiking trails. Southhampton beach and Sauble beach are about 15-20 mins away by car. Golf Courses are about a 5 min drive. Walmart, Canadian Tire, Independent grocery, Shoppers, are all less than 10 mins There is plenty of street parking across the house.
