Kitchen, 1 bathroom , laundry, terrace, free parking, garden. we are close to Como City (about 15 minutes-10 kms), from swistzerland (about 3 minutes), is better to rent a car, if not you can use public bus leave you in Como Lake, bus stop is about 300 meters every 40 minutes. total apartment, guest can use the bbq and temporaly(removable) swimming pool from june to september- if is necesary you can call me for help + (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , or write me to: (Email hidden by Airbnb) The neighborhood of FALOPPIO is quiet, relax place. Ther are 2 restaurants with very good plates and not expensive and 2 bars very close(50/300 mts) , one supermarket (about 800 mts). Lake of Como 10 kms, the most beautiful Lake of Italy, Lago Maggiore (15 kms), Swiss Lugano and Mendrisio (shopping outlet malls and famous lake), Milano (1 hour by train, 40 minutes by car), you will save money renting the apartment and not a hotel and parking, you can cook and be relax too! I recomend to rent a car on the airport of Malpensa or Linate. In case you are arriving from another city of Italy, you can find rent a cars in Como too. Apartment will be clean once a week. You wil have towels, toilet paper, and bedsheets-
